“The thought behind a supper club is to provide a memorable and personalised culinary journey that focuses on the quality of the food, unique flavours and a sense of exclusivity”, says Chef Raj.
In contrast to this, day diners can delight in the venues exclusive high-tea or bottomless brunch options, with both presenting a deliciously decadent way to spend a weekend.
“Our high-tea provides a refined and leisurely experience where guests can enjoy a variety of tea flavours along with my favourite confit chicken sandwich, yuzu crab mini buns, wagyu brisket tart and other delicate treats”, says Chef Raj.
“The bottomless brunch concept revolves around unlimited drinks paired with a brunch menu to create a lively and social atmosphere”.
Complementing this, Signature Outlets Manager and Sol Rooftop Sommelier, Jimmy Parham has ensured the drinks list not only champions signature and time-honoured cocktails and spirits, but further ensures a tour through SA’s iconic wine regions.

“We keep the drinks offering streamlined in the terrace bar, but our expanded selection is always available for guests looking for a back vintage or rare wine to celebrate with”
“Sunsets at Sol are some of the best times to enjoy a glass of wine or a local gin”, says Jimmy.
