Adelaide Dining Magazine was established in 2014, and has since been helping the South Australian hospitality industry in promoting and supporting restaurants and venues across the state.

Our annual, eco-friendly print publication is distributed in-room and at reception across SA’s major hotels, visitor centres, business lounges and tourist hot-spots.

In doing so, the restaurants and eateries in our magazine are given maximum exposure to the thousands of local and international visitors coming into SA.

Adelaide Dining Magazine aims to help everyone in South Australia find the meal they’re looking for, whether it be a great value family feed or a premier fine dining gastronomic experience.

Complementing our stunning, high-gloss print publication is our online mediums.

Our website is a hub of restaurants, wineries and venues that visitors to the site can explore, along with the latest news from the industry.

Meet the Director

A qualified Journalist with over 15 years in the media industry, Shantal Hart is passionate about two things – writing, and food.

Shantal has an established career as a reporter and content maker, working across major media outlets including the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, ARN Adelaide (Mix 102.3/Cruise1323) and the Australian Traffic Network.

Although presenting for radio and TV proved rewarding and challenging, Shantal had a desire to return to creating successful content via print and the written word.

Coming from a mixed-cultural background, food has continued to play a significant part in Shantal’s life, making ADM more than just a job description.

A desire to reconnect the hospitality industry with pre-existing and new clientele following the effects of the pandemic is a driving force in producing Adelaide Dining Magazine.

Shantal runs Adelaide Dining Magazine alongside her other creative content business, HartLines Creative.
