A Prayer for the Wild at Heart has announced the first in a series of collaboration dinners dubbed ‘Two chefs/Two ways’.

The Hurtle Square restaurant will explore the techniques and cultural origins of two very different chefs, as they collaborate together on eight sumptuous courses in the spirit of sharing the knowledge and techniques behind a delicious meal.

A Prayer for the Wild at Heart Head Chef, Stéphane Brizard, will be joined by highly acclaimed Chef Emma McCaskill (ex Narisawa (Tokyo), Tetsuya’s (Sydney), Ezard (Melbourne) on the 25th November.

Together they will combine forces to each present a dish for each course that will celebrate their culinary & cultural heritage.

The menu will be accompanied by carefully chosen wine pairings by recognised sommelier, Mathilde Tytgat, who was recently awarded by ‘The Australian Wine List of the Year’.

This inaugural event is the first in a new series of dining experiences by A Prayer for the Wild at Heart, and is sure to sell out quick.
